Express shipping is only offered upon request. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
Bulk Shipping Surcharges
Heavy and/or large items may incur a bulk shipping freight surcharge. The surcharge will appear on the bottom of the cart page during the checkout process. Surcharges vary based on the product’s dimensional weight.
Where we ship
Currently we only ship within the US to the contiguous 48 states, but we are working hard to expand internationally. Should you have a need for international shipping, please reach out here.
P.O. Boxes
We do not recommend shipping to a p.o. box as transit times greatly increase and order tracking isn’t always available.

Sales tax on merchandise and shipping is charged for items shipped to the following states: TX. W
Returns – Undamaged Items
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Ineligible items for return:
- All clearance items
- Throw pillows removed from original packaging
- Disposable tableware, paper table runners, paper placemats, paper place cards, napkins & plastic utensils removed from original packaging
- Greeting cards, scratch-off cards & paper advent calendars removed from original packaging
- Door mats & linens with visible wear
- Customized & special orders
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or our contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You’ll need to provide the following:
- Customer Name & Order Number
- Product Name, SKU & Quantity
- Return Reason
- Photo of Each Product
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Store Credit – Receive your full return amount, less shipping, as store credit.
- Refund to Original Payment Method – A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
