Express shipping is only offered upon request. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
Bulk Shipping Surcharges
Heavy and/or large items may incur a bulk shipping freight surcharge. The surcharge will appear on the bottom of the cart page during the checkout process. Surcharges vary based on the product’s dimensional weight.
Where we ship
Currently we only ship within the US to the contiguous 48 states, but we are working hard to expand internationally. Should you have a need for international shipping, please reach out here.
P.O. Boxes
We do not recommend shipping to a p.o. box as transit times greatly increase and order tracking isn’t always available.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
Undamaged Items:
Returns accepted on eligible items only. Customer must request return via email or contact form within 10 days of order delivery and is responsible for return postage. When merchandise is received, processed & approved by quality control, the refund, less any shipping charges will be assessed.
Ineligible items for return:
- All clearance items
- Throw pillows removed from original packaging
- Disposable tableware, paper table runners, paper placemats, paper place cards, napkins & plastic utensils removed from original packaging
- Greeting cards, scratch-off cards & paper advent calendars removed from original packaging
- Door mats & linens with visible wear
- Customized & special orders
Damaged Items:
Customer must provide photos of damaged items. In-stock merchandise will be replaced. Out of stock merchandise will be refunded. Customer must specify which refund type they’d prefer as the refund can be assessed in 2 ways.

To initiate a return, customer must contact us within 10 days of delivery, with the below information. All information must be provided for return approval.
