Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, include all information below:
- – Customer Name & Order Number
- – Product Name, SKU & Quantity
- – Return Reason
- – Photo of Each Product
Undamaged Items:
Customer is responsible for return postage. The refund, less any shipping charges, will be assessed once merchandise has been received and approved by quality control.
Ineligible items for return:
- – All clearance items.
- – Throw pillows removed from original packaging.
- – Disposable tableware, paper table runners, paper placemats, paper place cards, napkins & plastic utensils removed from original packaging.
- – Greeting cards, scratch-off cards & paper advent calendars removed from original packaging.
