Heavy items may incur bulk shipping surcharges.

Returns:

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, include all information below:

• –  Customer Name & Order Number
• –  Product Name, SKU & Quantity
• –  Return Reason
• –  Photo of Each Product

Undamaged Items:

Customer is responsible for return postage. The refund, less any shipping charges, will be assessed once merchandise has been received and approved by quality control.

Ineligible items for return:

• –  All clearance items.
• –  Throw pillows removed from original packaging.
• –  Disposable tableware, paper table runners, paper placemats, paper place cards, napkins & plastic utensils removed from original packaging.
• –  Greeting cards, scratch-off cards & paper advent calendars removed from original packaging.
